Perfectly located, 7 minutes walk to downtown with access to restaurants, bars, and cafes, 50 feet from the 2 pools (interior and exterior), sauna, spa, lake, and gym, access to BBQs, picnic tables, volleyball court, and much more. A short 10 minutes car ride from the mountain to ski and golf.

You need to respect the number of guests you book for.

Check out at 11h a.m.

Follow all the rules in place for the spa, sauna and gym.

No smoking allowed in the condo, the terrasse or close to the condo (9 meters).

No pets.

No parties, no loud noise or music. Respect the other renters and owners at all times not only after 11h p.m.

You have a magnetic key and a key for the resort. The magnetic key gives access to the bath, sauna, swimming pools and the gym. The keys are in the key box outside and must be returned to the box when you leave. Any theft, damage, loss or omission will be charged $125 per key.

If you loose the key, you cannot ask amy personal on site, or any people can open any door for you. If you have any issue please call Patrick at 514-546-5777

Keep the place clean. Including the BBQ if you use it. Put the BBQ utensils back in the condo.

Do not use the washcloths to remove your make-up but rather use the wipes made available to you in the bathroom.

We expect to find the condo after the visit in the same condition you found it, that means no damage and clean. All damages will be reported to Airbnb, and you could lose your damage deposit or be charged for all extra damages.

– No trailer or camping trailer is allow on the parking.
– No animal in the unit or on the Oberge site;
– It is forbidden to hang towels on the balcony railings;
– You cannot have any towel or toys, bag on the ramp outiside;
– The silence is required in any hallway;
– You cannot leave any boots, shoes or any objects in the hallway;
– Curfew at 11 p.m. on Oberge du Village;
– No lifeguard or security are on site at the pool, gym, spa;
– You cannot have any glass container on the site;
– Minimum age for the gym is 16 year old;
– No smoking and vaping (all substances) on the balcony, common areas (indoor and outdoor) unless you are nine (9) meters from any part of the perimeter of the buildings;
– No parking space is reserved exclusively for the visitor/tenant;
– When you leave, put the thermostats at 18 Celcius degres;

You have everything to have the perfect day at a Magog, enjoy your stay.

* Just to reinforce the rule of no parties is allowed in the condo, no loud noise or no loud music will be tolerated at anytime, not only after 11h p.m. We expect you to enjoy your stay, but we also expect you to respect other owners or guests around you. We measure the noise level in this condo. No conversations are recorded only noise level see ‘’noise aware ‘’.

** Just to reinforce the rule for no smoking. If anyone of you smoke, vapoting, it cannot be done inside, not on the terrace and needs to be done 9 meters from the building. You cannot have in your possession marijuana inside the condo. That means on the side of the road.

*** No following the rules of the condo will have penalty see rules and regulation on our listing.

Patricks airbnb was amazing. It is well located, near the village, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having access to two interior parking spaces was great, but it was a bit confusing to reach the lobby (you have to go outside to come back inside). Patrick was responsive and helped us enter the lobby area (again, a bit confusing because there are two key pads, use the one on the left). The condo was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a must for our group. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and well definitely be back!

Le condo de Patrick était au-delà de nos espérances! Magnifique unité (encore plus belle que sur les photos) avec une grande terrasse intime qui permet dadmirer la vue du lac et les magnifiques couchés de soleil. Les hauts plafonds et les grands espaces du condo ne nous donnent pas limpression dêtre « pris » entre 4 murs. Tout était très propre et tous les accessoires de cuisine et commodités étaient présents pour y passer un agréable séjour. La salle de gym, le sauna et le spa (sur le même étage que le condo) ont certainement agrémenté encore plus notre séjour! Nous y retournerons certainement pour le ski avec laccès des pistes qui passe juste en arrière du complexe.

Wow wow wow Patricks condo is perfect! The place was clean. The balcony, the view and sun sets over the mountains are magnificent. Beds, pillows and linens are soooo comfortable youll sleep like a baby! The condo is very quiet and overall comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are of very good quality. The building is new and the garage where youll park is very clean. If you like to take bathtubs youll be served the tub is huge! All and all the place is great. Ill comeback for sure. Vicky

Check in and check out was very smooth and clear! Host was very good at communication. If your looking for a large deck with an amazing view, this is your place! Easy walk or drive to village and close to shuttle. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay comfortably! Thank you to the host!
